Hirsch Graduate Travel Scholarships provide funding for travel and related living expenses incurred for fieldwork, specialized training, or conference presentations related to the masters or doctoral thesis. Please see the application for further details.


NOTE: In order for graduate students to be eligible to apply for Hirsch travel scholarships, they must a) be a member of CIAMS and b) have completed the prerequisite CIAMS seminars (The Craft of Archaeology and Approaches to Archaeology).

Spring 2017 CIAMS Research Grant Application

The Cornell Institute of Archaeology and Material Studies (CIAMS) calls for applications for support towards high-quality research projects by faculty or graduate students in any areas of archaeology and material studies. Please see the application for further details.
